My mixed media collage artwork is an extension of my painting. I reproduce colors and images from my paintings and construct a new idea. The idea being that I do not need to go to a source outside of myself. My paintings reveal a vision into my collage images, and my collage images reveal a vision into my painting. Through my artwork I intend to maintain an abstract expressionistic feel allowing each media process to direct me. I look forward to the artwork that is to come.
